Project Management

Development Management & Property Advisory

We guide landowners, developers and public agencies through the full development lifecycle — from initial property strategy and site feasibility through to planning, design, procurement and delivery. For clients with existing landholdings, we provide highest and best use analysis, development feasibility and transaction structuring, establishing the commercial foundations that inform sound property decisions before a project begins. We understand the particular complexity of government-held land, including tenure structures, policy constraints, community obligations and probity requirements — and bring the same rigour to privately held assets. Our approach is built on commercial clarity: aligning the right teams, establishing the right frameworks, and ensuring every decision is grounded in market reality and long-term viability.

Commercial Advisory

We provide independent commercial advice to clients who need objective, strategically informed guidance at critical decision points. Our advisory work spans feasibility assessment, business case development, funding strategy, procurement structuring and commercial risk analysis. We are equally at home advising government agencies on how to structure a market engagement as we are advising private clients on how to maximise the commercial performance of a development. Construction Management

We provide construction management services across infrastructure and commercial projects — both as an independent delivery manager and as a provider of experienced management-level resources embedded within client and contractor teams.

As construction manager, we bridge the gap between design intent and built outcome — managing contractor procurement, programme oversight, cost control and site coordination, and maintaining commercial accountability throughout the construction phase.
